Table and subquery selection

Choice of tables

The same table can be added several times. An index (_1, _2, _3…) allows distinguishing the different occurrences.

Selection of Queries

You can only add a subquery that :

  • if it relates to the same data source as the calling query.
  • if it is available in the user's directory.

To use a published query as a subquery, you must create a copy of it in the user's folder.

The magnifying glass gives an overview of the request called :

If you check the box in front of the name of a subquery, it is incorporated into the query you are building: a frozen copy of the subquery called is stored in the query you are building.

If you leave the checkbox unchecked, you keep a dynamic link with the query called.

The publication of a query necessarily incorporates subqueries.

When a query is embedded, it can be extracted into the user's directory.
